In response to Ronke – here is how I’m doing it…
At 9:30 pm, while watching a show about ice cream, I announce that I want some. Jud heads to the store, buys himself a pint and me a pint. I consume mine in less than 24 hours. Then I feel slight pangs of guilt. Immediately, I decide to ignore the guilt. Then I look forward to March when the weight loss begins. I forgive myself and decide to make calzones for dinner (they’ll be stuffed with ham, salami, pepperoni, red pepper, onions, garlic and gobs of cheese. see why the guilt is pointless?).
Seriously, though, thanks for the encouragement. I’m for sure experiencing the whole body spread at this point – Upper Arms are nearing the same size as my CALVES. At least everyone thinks this belly is cute (including Gideon who has recently become obsessed with belly buttons and will show you his but expects you to immediately reciprocate)!
Hooray for Team Cute Belly! I hope this doesn’t mean I have to send you a picture of mine. I will not reciprocate!
