if you have a pain in your side be sure to request a CT scan immediately from your doctor so that you do not wind up throwing up and getting a fever and driving yourself back to the doctor to say you are worse and then having a CT scan because you will feel sicker than if you’d just demanded it in the first place.
also, eat lots of high fiber foods, especially Kashi’s GoLean Crunch which is both delicious and intestinally abrasive. mmm, mmm, good.
